Our chat service is open 24/7. Your questions will be answered by Hubot, Admission and Student Services' customer service chatbot. If Hubot does not know how to answer your questions, it can transfer the conversation to an admissions advisor during our service hours.
You can also reach us via chat. The chat is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12.00 to 14.00 (Finnish local time). The chat window can be found on the right side of this page.
To make the procedure easier you can mention if you have already contacted us by email. Please do not copy an entire email to the chat conversation.
