In the video you will see how the silicon substrates are prepared for atomic layer deposition, precursors are loaded into the ALD reactor, a thin film has been deposited on the substrate, and how film thickness is measured with an ellipsometer. You will also visit our electron microscopy facilities and the X-ray laboratory.
