We are the SECO Research Group from University of Helsinki, led by professor Maija Aksela. Our main focus is chemistry and science education research. We focus on research themes such as sustainability, modern technology and relevant chemistry learning through everyday chemistry and non-formal learning. Our home is at the Chemistry Department in Kumpula Science campus where our research & development center ChemistryLab Gadolin is also located.
