REMSOIL

REMSOIL (Remediation of polluted soil with abattoir waste) is a TEKES-funded project that strives towards a circular economy (2016-2017).

In REMSOIL, an unusable agricultural by-product is converted into commercial substance to remediate polluted soils. The need for soil remediation is growing and tightening regulations increase the need of recycling and promotes circular economy. The product of REMSOIL is cost efficient and easy to use and it contains all the necessary components needed for efficient soil remediation. REMSOIL generates multiple impact: utilization of unused agricultural by-product, soil remediation and soil recycling.
