I am an Indonesian researcher living in Finland since 2010. I got my PhD at Marko Virta group, the University of Helsinki in Finland in June 2016. My PhD research focused on the antibiotic resistance in aquaculture environments. Previously, I worked on microbial fuel cell during my master program at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea and on molecular cloning for my bachelor thesis at Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia. My research passion is indeed always engaged with bacterial genetic and molecular environmental microbiology.
My current work is a postdoctoral researcher at Marko Virta group in Viikki campus, University of Helsinki Finland. I am the project manager of bilateral research between Indonesia and Finland on antibiotic resistance in the Indonesian environments until end of 2018. I am also interested in business life and science communication. It is important to make a bigger impact of research.
