The ELI project on Fundamental Constitutional Principles in Europe is nearing completion, which means it is timely to engage with the project findings. At this discussion with the main authors, Professors Takis Tridimas and Elise Muir, we will explore these fundamental issues and the difficulty of drafting a European viewpoint in an area with strong national convictions.
