Pohjankoski in EU Law Live's Weekend Edition: "The Unveiling of the EU's Constitutional Identity"

In an article published in EU Law Live's Weekend Edition No 91, titled "The Unveiling of the EU's Constitutional Identity", Pekka Pohjankoski analyzes the recent judgements of the Court of Justice in the cases concerning the Conditionality Regulation, namely Cases C-156/21 Hungary v Parliament and Council and C-157/21 Poland v Parliament and Council.

Pohjankoski touches on the consitutionalization of the Union, and concludes that according to these opinions, it is clear that the rule of law is indeed part of the Union's common constitutional identity, rather than "a smorgåsbord of national options".
