Dr Allan Rosas gives Esko Antola Lecture at Eurooppafoorumi 2021

On Thursday 26 August, Dr Allan Rosas gave the Esko Antola lecture, named after a pioneer of Finnish EU research, at Eurooppafoorumi in Turku in an event organised by the Bank of Finland.

The topic of the lecture given by Dr Rosas was whether the EU is a legal conservation project or an ever-changing union of states.
