We leverage large Finnish genetic and clinical data sets and donor cell collections to decipher the biological mechanism and health impact of severe psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders. Using genetic discoveries as a starting point, we combined multifaceted genomics and cell biology approaches to discover biological functions driving the disease pathology.
