HIKET is a multi-organizational research and development project, with the University of Helsinki, the Finnish Meteorological Institute, and the Natural Resources Institute Finland as the main implementers. The University of Helsinki serves as the project coordinator with the lead of Markku Kulmala and Tuomo Kalliokoski.
