In Cancer Epimetabolism lab, we study the interplay of rewired metabolic pathways and epigenetic landscape in cancer cells, and how they affect cancer cell proliferation. We employ state-of-the art genome editing technologies and epigenome and gene expression analyses at single-cell resolution.
