In Cancer Epimetabolism lab, we study the interplay of rewired metabolic pathways and epigenetic landscape in cancer cells, with the goal of uncovering novel mechanisms that drive cancer progression. We combine single-cell sequencing, CRISPR–Cas9 technologies, functional genomics, and computational approaches to study cancer biology at high resolution.
