AMME Seminar on the Early Christianity in Cultural Evolution (Helsinki, 15 May 2018)

The May meeting of the Ancient and Medieval Middle East (AMME) seminar features Petri Luomanen and prof. Philip Harland (York University).

In the May meeting of the Ancient and Medieval Middle East (AMME) seminar, Petri Luomanen introduces the Academy of Finland project Early Christianity in Cultural Evolution, and prof. Philip Harland (York University), the member of the advisory board of the project, gives presentation of his work on ancient associations and his website “Associations in the Greco-Roman World”.

The meeting takes place on Tuesday 15 May at 4:15-6 pm in the faculty hall of the Faculty of Theology (Fabianinkatu 24, room 524, access from the inner courtyard of Vuorikatu 3).

Participation is free for all and no registration is required. Coffee and buns will be served.
