Activity 11: Quality assurance of the Olive Project

Practical quality assurance mechanisms include regular, recorded meetings (Olive team and Project board), frequent consultations with funding agencies, joint participation in EDUFI trainings and coordination meetings, collaborative planning and reporting and collection of baseline data on output areas

. The project aims at developing research-based solutions to the identified challenges. The project activities are also an object of research. For this purpose, discussion on research initiatives is included in the bi-weekly meetings. Partner Universities seek opportunities to include Master’s and Doctoral students in the project as interns and co-researchers as a resource. The project invites research initiatives in areas related to its themes and can provide opportunities to disseminate research findings through its website and different events. Special emphasis in Olive project is paid to communication, as it is the basis for trust building amongst the partners. Olive project communication plan is divided into internal and external communication plan
