Open online platforms enable sharing and disseminating of the outputs between partners and with a larger audience to promote change in the learning culture. Technically the platforms are based on commonly available internet solutions. Construction of STEM-teaching labs and educating users builds up the necessary capacity to develop digital literacy. Educational technologies are not only recognized as teaching aids but are reshaping education with changed roles for teachers and students. This output is achieved through the two main activities. Both activities contain needs assessments and close collaboration with Palestinian partners in order to meet the special local needs. The use of both services is monitored. The goal is to collect user experiences and further develop services based on the feedback collected.
