The NodeWork research, conducted at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Helsinki in 2024–2028, examines how migrants access employment across various job types and work arrangements in Finland, shaped by relationships formed at key intersections—critical nodes—between their personal networks and the host-country labour market.
