The project administration consists of four levels:
Advisory Group
The Steering Group includes representatives of the funder, the coordinator (University of Helsinki), other implementing partners (Finnish Meteorological Institute and Natural Resources Institute Finland), as well as external experts.
Steering Group
The Management Group consists of the project leader and representatives from each consortium organization, who are responsible for decisions related to project implementation. The group decides on the project’s broader strategic directions. The project’s Scientific Director acts as the secretary of the Management Group.
Operational Management Group (Extended Project Team)
Each organization has a designated responsible person and a deputy in the project team. The group is responsible for the progress, coordination, and technical monitoring of the work packages.
Project Office
The Project Office, based at the University of Helsinki, is responsible for the project’s day-to-day administration, including financial management, document administration, online services, and communications.
