Fluxbeats

FluxBEATS is a recently funded doctoral training network that will investigate global elemental fluxes that control biogeochemical cycles and ore formation at divergent plate boundaries. It is at the forefront of current fundamental research on seabed and on-land resources and will study the magmatic, hydrothermal and biological processes from the mantle through the crust to the hydrosphere, and from the Archean to the present.

FluxBEATS is designed to provide doctoral candidates excellent professional and personal training in environmental and analytical geosciences. This includes state-of-the-art field, analytical, modelling and software techniques, and soft skills such as effective dissemination, exploitation, and outreach.

FluxBEATS is a Horizon Europe Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Doctoral Network - starting autumn 2024.
