Symposium Singing in the Brain

The CICERO Learning Network and the Cognitive Brain Research Unit (CBRU) are co-organizing a symposium 'Singing in the Brain Across the Life Span' in Helsinki on October 24.

The symposium will provide cutting-edge knowledge on the current research topics and novel findings on singing from the perspectives of music education, psychology, neuropsychology, logopedics, and cognitive neuroscience. It focuses on the developmental, learning, and rehabilitation aspects of singing.

The symposium is free of charge and it is open to anyone (including researchers, teachers, and students) interested in this field. A live stream will be made available during the symposium at the address  https://connect.funet.fi/mplaza
