Charlotte´s work concerned the topic of her PhD thesis “Formation of silico-magnesian phases (M-S-H) in cementitious materials: evaluation and understanding of the chemo-mechanical impact”. Her research visit consisted of the identification, characterization, and quantification of the pore-space structure of cement samples impregnated with C-14-PMMA.
