Marsha Hellings from the technical school of ROC de Leijgraaf, Netherlands, has started her internship in RIP-team. Marsha is in her last year of studies to become a chemical physical analyst and after the internship in RIP –team she is hoping to study forensic sciences.
During her internship, she will be studying the sorption of radium on crystalline rocks, performing thin section sorption and autoradiography experiments, and more as a part of the EURAD/FUTURE (Fundamental understanding of radionuclide retention) project.
