Sea ice sampling in Bothnian Bay
Eeva Eronen-Rasimus from the Arctic microbial ecology group just finished first sea ice sampling in the Academy of Finland funded PRICE project. Upcoming metagenomes, metatranscriptomes and metaproteomes will give us new knowledge on photoheterotrophic bacteria in Baltic Sea ice.
