Are you interested in combining educational sciences, impact, and entrepreneurship? Curious about what opportunities the entrepreneurial world can offer educational scientists—and what you can already begin exploring as a student?
This spring, we are hosting two events designed especially for students in the Faculty of Educational Sciences.
Keynote Speakers & Panel Discussion
19 March | Minerva-tori | 16:00–18:00
Join us for an inspiring conversation with experts who have transformed their ideas about education into businesses and initiatives. During this session, speakers will share their personal journeys into entrepreneurship, discuss the realities of startup life, and reflect on the many ways educational expertise can create impact beyond traditional career paths.
Whether you are curious about founding your own initiative or simply want to learn how entrepreneurial thinking can expand your professional possibilities, this event will offer valuable perspectives.

Presentation Skills Workshop
26 March | Helsinki Education Hub | 16:00–18:00
Our second event is a hands-on workshop focused on presentation and communication skills. The workshop is open to anyone who wants to strengthen their ability to present ideas clearly and confidently, whether you’re interested in entrepreneurship or not.
You will learn practical techniques for communicating your ideas effectively. Skills that are particularly useful when you are pitching a project, presenting research, applying for a job, or simply looking to build confidence in speaking situations. The workshop will include practical exercises and supportive feedback to help you strengthen your presence.

Together, these two events offer both inspiration and action. The first event explores the possibilities of entrepreneurship within education, while the second provides practical skills to help you communicate your ideas with confidence.
We warmly welcome you to join us!
These events are organized in collaboration with Helsinki Think Company and InnoPenksu student agents.
