On the guided tour in the Wildlife of the World exhibition, we will consider the means of survival animals have to cope with in the changing conditions of Earth. We will also explore which traits separate or connect animal relatives living in different areas. What are the benefits of being a night owl or an early bird? The tour takes us from the arctic cold to savannahs and tropical rainforests. We will familiarise ourselves with the fauna of the world and their various habitats. Under the direction of the guide, we will also find out who is romping about in the nighttime savannah.

On the guided tour in the Wildlife of the World exhibition, we will consider the means of survival animals have to cope with in the changing conditions of Earth. We will also explore which traits separate or connect animal relatives living in different areas. What are the benefits of being a night owl or an early bird?

The guided tour is illustrative and interactive. The exhibition includes an abundance of interesting animal species as well as opportunities for pupils’ observations, questions and insights. On the tour, pupils can, for example, compare the thickness of bear furs and try to make out the species making noises in the nighttime savannah. 

The tour can be adapted to all ages.
