Drug Discovery and Chemical Biology (DDCB) is a national research infrastructure platform supported by Biocenter Finland, serving academic researchers across the country. DDCB offers an integrated suite of services that span the entire early‑stage drug discovery pipeline. Our platform supports researchers with:

• Assay development tailored to diverse biological questions
• Medium‑ to high‑throughput chemical screening using a wide range of advanced technologies
• Drug testing and repurposing to accelerate translational research
• Synthesis of novel drug candidates and hit/lead optimisation
• Virtual screening and chemoinformatics expertise
• Open access to Finland’s national chemical collection
• Translational support and user training to empower effective use of our resources

Together, these capabilities make DDCB a central hub for innovative chemical biology and drug discovery research in Finland.
