Finnish excellence in cosmology and astrophysics is built upon a strong track record in theoretical research, alongside leadership roles in observational projects. Through our national Cosmology Data Centre, we contribute our expertise in cosmological theory and data analysis to large space-based missions like Euclid and LISA.
Our infrastructure is open to other cosmological missions with significant Finnish involvement. Thanks to the flexibility provided by the CSC-hosted hardware, and the ease of running containerised codes, our infrastructure should be adaptable to the needs of future missions. Furthermore, we can share our existing expertise in theoretical cosmology, data analysis and simulations.
