We are happy to support research groups across the university with state-of-the-art statistical and bioinformatics methods for biological and omics data. We also contribute to the development of new approaches based on bioinformatics, statistics, machine learning, AI, and genAI, with a focus on modern big-data applications. Typical datasets include omics, multi-omics, single-cell and spatial omics data, clinical and patient data, oncology and other human diseases, biomarker discovery, mechanism-of-action studies, drug resistance, drug target identification, metagenomics, ecological and community data, phenotyping data, and combinations of these.
We are available for informal drop-in discussions on statistical and bioinformatics analyses/questions during our weekly Friday morning Zoom helpdesk, between 9-11 am. The Friday's Helpdesk Zoom link is
