The lectures and wet-lab demos of single cell and spatial omics methodologies are given between Feb-23 to Feb-27, 2026, followed by one full week of data analysis workshop (March-2 to March-6). The latter encompasses hands-on single cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and spatial proteomics data analysis with R /python. The course will be organized by The Doctoral Programme in Biomedicine (DPBM) and hence DPBM students are prioritized in student selection. Basic knowledge of R/python programming language(s) is recommended. Registration for the course is expected to open in the end of January 2026.
CSC organises an associated online course 'Single-cell RNA-seq data analysis using Chipster’. The course is organised 3.3.2026 - 4.3.2026, 09:00 - 12:30 both days, and does not require previous knowledge of Unix, R or Python. No credits assigned.
