Single Cell and Spatial Omics Course 2026

The renewed Single Cell and Spatial Omics Course provides an introduction to scRNA-seq and spatial omics principles and data analysis, covered by both lectures and hands-on sessions.
Course overview

The lectures and wet-lab demos of single cell and spatial omics methodologies are given between Feb-24 to Feb-27, 2026, followed by one full week of data analysis workshop (March-2 to March-6). The latter encompasses hands-on single cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and spatial proteomics data analysis with R/Python. The course will be organised by the Doctoral Programme in Biomedicine (DPBM), hence DPBM students are prioritised in student selection. Basic knowledge of R/Python programming language(s) is recommended.

The course is fully booked, registration is closed ahead of time.
