The latter encompasses hands-on single cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and spatial proteomics data analysis with R /python. The course will be organized by The Doctoral Programme in Biomedicine (DPBM) and hence DPBM students are prioritized in student selection. Basic knowledge of R/python programming language(s) is recommended.
