As part of the , Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM) invites applications for the FIMM-EMBL International PhD Programme.

We are seeking 4–5 highly talented and motivated doctoral researchers who show outstanding potential to become independent researchers. Specifically, these positions are in the field of molecular medicine covering artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, biomedicine, bioimaging and digital diagnostics, cancer research, data science, drug research, genomics, genetic epidemiology, and statistical genetics.

Outstanding PhD researchers will be recruited in the  starting in August 2026, where they will work with 2–3 different research groups during a 6–9 month period before selecting a research group for their doctoral research.
