Poster slam presentations and poster exhibition practicalities

Those presenting in the poster slam and exhibition: make sure you have communicated with Annika Rockenberger (annika.rockenberger@ilos.uio.no) about your poster. The poster slam will take place on the main stage of Think Corner. The poster exhibition will take place in the basement area of Think Corner. The best time to put up your poster for the exhibition is Friday morning before the first keynote. There will be a conference assistant at Think Corner to help you with this between 8:00–9:00. The other option to put up your poster is during the morning coffee break (10:30–11:00).

Best poster voting

You will find a printed sheet about voting for the best poster in your conference materials. Please return your vote on Friday before the end of the poster exhibition to a designated desk at the Think Corner.

Storage room for luggage on Friday

On the final day of the conference, there is a storage room in Porthania (P672) available for keeping your luggage safe during the day.

Preparing for your presentations

The conference presentations will be streamed and stored for online access by default. If you don’t want your presentation to be streamed and/or stored, please inform the session chair prior to your session. Please also transfer your slides to the presentation computer (or ensure you are able to quickly switch to and from your own laptop) prior to the session, as inside the session, no extra time has been allocated for setup.

See you in Helsinki!
