Degree programme leader in geography leads both bachelor’s and master’s programmes.
The degree programme leader together with the geography degree board is responsible for planning and executing the degree curriculum. They are also responsible for hearing the opinions of students and teachers as part of the development of geography degree programmes.
Training officer helps with study related issues and answers to questions regarding study adminstration.
Professors are responsible for developing the teaching and research of their field of study. Professors teach mainly in the Master’s Programme and are responsible for master’s thesis supervision.
University Lecturers and Instructors teach mainly in the Bachelor’s Programme. University lecturers can also supervise Master’s theses.
Some of the retired Professors, called emeritus, participate in teaching.
