The registration fee includes the conference programme, materials, lunch on Thursday, refreshments at coffee breaks and the conference dinner and evening programme on Thursday.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. More information on the accomodation page.
The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. Please see the details in the registration website.
Participation can be cancelled until 29th February 2024. You will received a refund minus 50€ administrative charge. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded. Participation already registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no extra cost. Cancellations, refund requests and registration transfer requests are made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations
Note: you can check your abstract in the registration system on the following pages: add to cart, then view cart, and return to edit if needed. The abstract does not display properly on the receipt you receive by e-mail.
Update on 12th January: Abstracts are only used by the scientific committee to decide which people will give talks. We will not be distributing an abstract book, only the titles and authors will be visible to the attendees.
