Registration and abstract submission
  • Registration is mandatory, but free of charge. Registration deadline is 30 September 2025.
  • Those registered for the conference are eligible to present a poster on integrated structural cell biology or related fields.
  • The number of posters is limited to 50 and will be selected in the order of abstract submission, if applicable.
  • Deadline for abstract submission for talks is 8 September 2025. Deadline for abstract submission for posters is extended to 30 September 2025.
  • Submit an abstract during registration.
  • Abstract specification: maximum one A4 page, including the title, author(s), indicate the presenting author, author(s) affiliation(s), and 0-3 references and up to one image (uploaded as a PDF file).

  • A few oral talks from early career researchers will be selected on the basis of the abstract. In the abstract submission, select whether you want to present a talk or a poster. Those who are not selected to give a talk will present a poster. The oral presentations, which are selected based on the abstracts, will be notified on 3 October 2025

     

  • ECTS credits for doctoral students: Participating doctoral students will receive, upon request, a certificate stating that they have participated in the conference and conference work (participation/attendance and presentation). If you need a certificate, please contact the meeting organizers after the meeting (). The doctoral students request credits for their doctoral program with the certificate.
