Registration

Registration is required for all participants.
Registration fee
  • Early-bird (before March 15) registration (no course dinner): 314 €, inc. VAT 25,5% (250 € + VAT 25,5%)
  • Early-bird (before March 15) registration and dinner: 351 €, inc. VAT 25,5% (279 €  + VAT 25,5%)
  • Regular (March 15 and later) registration (no course dinner): 377 €, inc. VAT 25,5% (300 €  + VAT 25,5%)
  • Regular (March 15 and later) registration and dinner: 414 €, inc. VAT 25,5% (330 €  + VAT 25,5%)

The registration fee includes lectures, coffee, lunch and dinner, if attending.

  1. Pay the registration and dinner (if attending) fee
  2. When paying the course fee, please use the reference: Project 5095 and your full name (Project 5095/ My Name).

  1. Attach a document of your completed payment to the registration form to finalize your registration.

Last day for registration is May 3, 2026.

  • The fee does not include accommodation which the participants should book separately.
  • All payments must be made in EUROS.
  • All participants need to pay the registration fee.
  • Please make sure the reference Project 5095 and your full name are written so that the payment is registered correctly.
  • Your registration is valid only after the payment has been received with correct information.

Please note:

  • By signing this registration form you acknowledge that registration is binding.
  • In case of late cancellation, we may need to charge the participant for any non-refundable costs.
  • Please note, that any later changes may lead to additional costs – check carefully that the entered information is correct!
  • Participants are requested to arrange their own travel and housing.

Cancellation of registration fee

  • Full refund will be made for cancellations received before or on April 14, 2026
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 14, 2026
  • There will be no refund for no-shows
