To register for the conference, please complete the online registration form .

Kindly first read the instructions and conditions given below.

Reservations will be handled on a “first come – first served” basis. Each form is to be filled in individually by only one participant. If you have problems with completing the registration form or questions about payments, please contact the local participant services for the conference, Confedent International:

Registration fee

The conference fee (90 EUR) covers conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner. The conference dinner is complimentary for all registered participants, but registration is still needed via the registration form.

Payment of registration fee

• Only online payment is possible.
• The following payment methods are accepted: Credit cards Visa and MasterCard (no prepaid cards) and Google Pay.
• Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider during the online payments.
• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.
• You will get receipt of the payment.

Cancellation, refund and insurance policy

Registration is binding and non-refundable. There will be no refunds for no-shows. 

Registration can be transferred to another participant free of charge. If you wish to transfer the registration to another person, please contact  with the details of the person who will take your place. Please note that transfers between attendants include all additional programme items the original participant had selected (e.g. dinner)

Denial of a visa application to Finland and/or the Schengen area does not entitle a participant to any refunds. The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance. The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for the cancellation of the event (natural disaster, an outbreak of severe contagious diseases, major strikes, etc.). In such a case, the organizing committee reserves the right to decide about refunding paid registration fees.
