Practical information

Owing to the current world health situation and the limitations it has imposed on international travel and public gatherings, the conference will be mostly held online as Zoom webinar and open to all. Only the final part (Stakeholder discussion) on Fri­day 29 Oc­to­ber 2021 is on-site and participation is by invitation only.

The virtual parts of the conference will be held as a Zoom webinar. The links to the online event will be sent out after REGISTRATION.

The final part of the conference (Stakeholder discussion) will be held on-site at Juhlahuoneistot, Unioninkatu 33, Helsinki (invited participants only). 

Prac­tical infor­mation and best prac­tices

The virtual parts of the conference take place on Zoom Webinar, which means that there are different roles (and therefore different Zoom links) for panellists (keynote speakers, speakers and chairs) and non-presenting attendees (registered as audience members).

The links to the conference sessions will be sent only to the registered participants. Registration is available from 13 September to  22 October 2021.
