Majvik is located 25 kilometres from the center of Helsinki and 33 kilometers from Helsinki Airport, along Ring Road III.

There are 108 hotel rooms in Majvik (85 single rooms and 21 double rooms). During conference registration, you can reserve a single room (115€/person) that will be charged upon arrival. The room reservation may be canceled free of charge until 18 August by contacting NAERE2023@helsinki.fi.

After arriving at the Helsinki Airport, you can travel to Kirkkonummi and Majvik by train or taxi.
You can buy train tickets from the HSL ticket machines at platforms or by downloading the HSL mobile app.
The HSL area of public transportation is divided into four zones, identified by letters A, B, C and D. The ticket price depends on the zones in which you travel. From the airport to Majvik, you need a ticket that covers the zones B, C, and D. From the Helsinki Central railway station to Majvik, you need an ABCD ticket.

By train:
Local I and P trains operate to and from Helsinki Airport.
When traveling from the airport to Majvik, you need to change from the I train to the U, Y, or X train in Huopalahti to continue towards Kirkkonummi. Get off the train at Masala station. The walking distance from Masala to Majvik is 1.3 kilometers (approx. 20 minutes).
When traveling from the center of Helsinki to Majvik, you can get from Helsinki Central railway station to Masala station either by Y or U train.
