Registeration fees including scientific and social programs as follows:

• For early birds: regular 390/350 €, students 350/310 € (with conference dinner/without dinner). Early bird ends at 31.03.2019.
• Regular: 450/410 €, students 390/360 € (with conference dinner/without dinner). Registration ends 06.06.2019.
• On-site: 450 € (does not include the conference dinner)
• Registeration closes at 450 participants.

Abstract submission:

• The abstract submission is now closed, thank you for all who have contributed to our program.
• The abstract template can be found as word file under.
• Turn abstract into PDF file and submit it at the abstract portal.

The program gives space for more than 60 oral contributions and 200 poster presentations - we are looking forward your contribution!

Thanks for everyone for have submitting abstract for the oral program. We obtained a lot of abstracts. We do our best to give a change for everybody to talk for have signed up for it. Thus you can be fairly sure your submission will be accepted. We will confirm the acceptance of your submission by third of May 2019.

Deadline for abstract submission for poster session is 20.5.2019. Posters are vertical and size of A0 (width x height: 841 x 1189 mm).

Conference dinner

The conference dinner is held in the Saaristo restaurant on Wednesday June 19th. The restaurant is located on the Klippan island in front of South Harbour. Dresscode: Smart Casual.

Walk tour at the city

We have reserved a posibility to attend a guided walk tour around the city and it's history. It is available up to 100 people and fee is 9 €, please sign up for the tour at registeration form if you are interested.
