Registration and Accommodation

Registration to CEISAL 2022 is now open.

• If you have NOT submitted an abstract, you can access the registration form HERE.
• If you have submitted an accepted abstract, please register via the personal registration link that you received in our acceptance letter, using the 'participant with paper'- option.

Please also read the below information regarding fees, cancellation policy, accommodation bookings etc.

• The conference registration will be open until 3 June 2022.
• Deadline for Early Bird registration: 15 March 2022.

Registration fees

*Please provide copy of student card or certification of student status from your University/School by e-mail to the conference office (ceisal2022@confedent.fi)

Registration fees include participation, congress materials, 2 lunches, daily coffee breaks as indicated in the program and two receptions with light dinner. Accompanying person registration includes name badge and receptions.

Cancellation and refund policy

For registrations an administration fee of EUR 40 will be applied to all cancellations made prior to or on 15.5.2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 15.5.2022. 

For accommodation reservations an administration fee of EUR 40 will be applied to all cancellations made prior to or on 11.4.2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 11.4.2022. 

In case of late cancellation (after 15.5./11.4.), 100 % payment of registration fee and/or accommodation deposit is to be made even if due fees are not paid at the time of cancellation.

There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Office at ceisal2022@confedent.fi

Insurance

The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to CEISAL 2022 participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own travel insurance.

The organizers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organizing committee will decide upon refunding of paid registration fees.

The Congress Organizers have booked room quotas for the participants in the following hotels. When reservation is done via the registration form the below mentioned prices are valid. Delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements but availability or prices cannot be guaranteed and are at delegate’s own risk. Early reservation of accommodation is recommended.

Accommodation payment

A hotel deposit of one night must be paid in advance together with the registration fees. The hotel deposit will be deducted from the total cost of accommodation. The remaining hotel payment will be charged at the hotel upon check-out. Reservations without deposit payment cannot be accepted. The hotel has the right to charge all booked nights in case of late cancellation or early departure.

If you are paying the fees against invoice, kindly note that your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received the payment. If you require accommodation outside the given dates, please contact the congress secretariat at ceisal2022@confedent.fi. All room rates include buffet breakfast and VAT.
