Practical information

The conference will be held at the University of Helsinki City Centre Campus in the Porthania building, Suomen Laki hall. 

The Porthania building of the University of Helsinki (venue) is easily accessible by train, metro, bus and tram. The Main railway station and the Helsinki University metro stop are a short walk away.

The pre-booked hotels are:  

Hotel Arthur (10th to 14th June) 

• There we have 24 booked classic single rooms, e-mail reservation needed with allotment code MYCOVIRUS. 
• The rate for the conference accommodation is 160 €/night/single room. The room rate includes buffet breakfast. 
• Reservations by e-mail sales@hotelarthur.fi or reception@hotelarthur.fi, or by telephone +358-9-173 441. 
• The first date to check the room quantity of the allotment is 10.04.2025 when 50% of the rooms are released. 
• The second date to check the allotment is 25.04.2025 when 50% of the rooms will be released. 
• The final deadline for the allotment is 9.5.2025.  

Solo Sokos Hotel Helsinki 10. – 14.6.2025  

• There we have pre-booked 20 Solo Single rooms (205,91 EUR per night) and 15 Solo Twin rooms (226,31 EUR per night). The room rate includes buffet breakfast. 
• The bookings need to be done before 13.5.2025 after which the rooms are released (cancellation is possible until 7 days prior to arrival date).   
• The online booking code is: BMYCOVIRUS2025.
