The Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for
position for a fixed-term period of two years (September 2018 – August 2020) to work in the Academy of Finland project Topological Geometric Function theory (TGFT). The position´s main focus is on research in the broad area of quasiconformal geometry/analysis, geometric topology, metric geometry, and geometric function theory. In addition to research, a postdoctoral researcher has a yearly teaching commitment of 81 contact hours.
The salary is determined based on an applicant´s qualifications and experience, but the starting salary is typically in the range 3300 – 3700€.
