ISEW Club for Business Collaboration 2018

ISEW Club for Business Collaboration focuses on university - business relations and co-creation processes for establishing partnerships. We will also be sharing the cases gone bad and what lessons we learned from those. In addition to effective working, participants will have time for building their new network of professionals. ISEW Club for Business Collaboration takes place in November 7-9, 2018.

WHO

For the ISEW Club for Business Collaboration we invite advisors, specialists and managers working in the field of university – industry collaboration and knowledge transfer for an intensive workshop to share their expertise in e.g.

  • the role of university- business collaboration in universities’ strategy
  • incentivizing researchers to collaborative projects with companies
  • helping researchers in establishing company partnerships
  • supporting co-creation processes
  • developing hubs to increase co-operation

Registration for ISEW Club for Business Collaboration took place from September 17 until October 8, 2018.  The link to the electronic registration form was accessible during the registration period.

COSTS

ISEW Club for Business Collaboration is free of charge for participants, who are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs only.

Transportation from & to the airport

The train connection between Helsinki city centre and Helsinki Airport takes about 30 minutes.
The Finnair City Bus operates between Helsinki Railway Station and the airport. The bus 615 also serves the airport.
A journey by taxi from the airport to the centre of Helsinki takes about 30 minutes and costs around 45 to 50 euros.
Detailed information about tickets, schedules and prices for public transportation, also within the city, will be provided to registered participants.

Countdown letters

All registered participants will receive three countdown letters, filled with practical information on how to get ready for Helsinki. The first countdown letter will be sent October 10, 2018.
