This year's EAA will once again host a multitude of programme for its members tackling several interesting themes. We especially recommend following the following sessions.
On Thursday, August 29 the session number 359 "THE 4TH AND 3RD MILLENNIUM BC STEPPE IMPACT ON PREHISTORIC EUROPE" from 8:30 to 16:00 followed by a continuation on Friday, August 30 in session 359 "THE 4TH AND 3RD MILLENNIUM BC STEPPE IMPACT ON PREHISTORIC EUROPE PART 2" fom 14:00 to 18:30.
Both sessions are packed with a variety insights from esteemed researchers in the field. The format of the sessions is presentations and discussion. The sessions are started with a keynote presentation followed up by discussion, and then having blocks of short presentations together with a slot for discussion. The sessions are under the conference's theme number two: "Archaeological Sciences, Humanities and the Digital Era: Bridging the Gaps".
The organisers for the sessions are Volker Heyd (University of Helsinki), Gabriella Kulcsár (Institute of Archaeology, Hun-Ren Research Centre for the Humanities), János Dani (University of Szeged), Denis Topal (National Museum of History of Moldova) and Stefano Palalidis (Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia).
