Open positions
We take an interdisciplinary approach to solve fundamental questions about how cells adapt to different temperatures, employing a range of techniques from biophysics, molecular biology, genetics, and modelling.

We have an opening for a PhD student and a Postdoc who are interested in applying (and possibly developing) super-resolution microscopy and single particle tracking to unravel how bacteria adapt to different temperatures. A successful candidate should have a background in biophysics, microbiology, or computational biology or a related field and has demonstrated a keen interest in fluorescence microscopy data analysis and/or modelling of biological systems.
