Data Access

Here we are detailing the documents necessary for applicants to our EGA datasets.

The sequencing data produced under MUPETFaasi2, and CHEMORESPONSE projects will be submitted to the European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA). Those interested in accessing the data will need to make an application through the EGA portal, and fill in the below Data Access Agreement documents.

Appendix VII required only if data requester is from outside EU.

The DECIDER project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 965193 for 2021-2026. CHEMORESPONSE has been funded by the Academy of Finland & Cancer Foundation Finland Health from Science (TERVA) program.
