The aim of the research is to continue the research done within the research project Kuntien koulutus ja työuraohjauksen hallinta. The comparative data will be collected from two municipal career guidance contexts and it composes of documents and interviews conducted with a group of local education authorities (study counsellors, administrative staff, principals, e.g.). The aim is to model the career guidance policies and networks with the analytical focus on the relational expertise and professionalism of career guidance.
The research project is conducted at the Research Collegium, at the University of Turku.
