The National Plant Phenotyping Infrastructure (NaPPI) enables automated high-throughput data-gathering of essential biological characteristics in plants. We were interested in investigating how virus infections affect photosynthesis, growth and stress-responses in our model plants. Find out more about plant phenotyping and the NaPPI system on this introductory video by Viikki Plant Science Centre (Our plants starring at 3:15!).
