Links between coastal biodiversity, carbon cycling, and climate feedbacks

Our group contributes to the Centre for Coastal Ecosystem and Climate Change Research (), which is a truly multidisciplinary platform dedicated to quantify coastal biodiversity and its feedbacks to the atmosphere. Within CoastClim we investigate plankton-specific carbon fluxes and sequestration capacity to support decision making and management of coastal ecosystems. Our activities include offshore monitoring of plankton succession, experimental work and data analysis.
