Letura's research explores how dissolution medium pH influences phase separation in HPMCAS-based amorphous solid dispersions and how this affects drug behavior during dissolution. Using Raman spectroscopy and stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy, she investigates the underlying mechanisms and aims to improve our understanding of these complex processes.
