Our seminal work on has reached the mature age of 20 years! This paper had significant consequences: it triggered a revival of composite Higgs theories and led to establishment of a new subfield within lattice field theory. Our paper suggested that there might exist very simple gauge theories with matter whose infrared dynamics would be governed by a nontrivial fixed point. Using first principle methods, we that this was indeed the case!
