We are committed to foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion for all.

Our aim is to ensure that the scientific community benefits from the groundbreaking contributions of all scientists.

To do that we

  • promote more inclusive academic community,
  • support minority researchers to breaking the glass ceiling, and
  • guide prospective scientists to climbing up the academic ladder.

These points are offering a starting point for all of us to support the careers of all scientists in academia, and we welcome an open and continuing discussion of these moving forward. 

We aim to create an environment for free, creative and critical thinking and to lower the barriers for conducting research to have as high output as possible without compromising work–life balance.
